More than 30 years of experience
UAB korporacija „Matininkai“ started work in Lithuania at the beginning of 1993. It was one of the first companies to offer property valuation under the International Valuation Standards.
We were also one of the first private companies to start geodesy and land management work. Our specialists helped draft Lithuanian laws on land, territorial planning and property and business valuation.
Today five offices in Vilnius, Kaunas, Klaipėda, Šiauliai and Panevėžys value property and businesses across Lithuania. We keep improving our staff's qualifications and our way of working.
